My bird was found 4 days later, but this person gave her away..

Hello, I recently posted my lost 3 month old baby eclectus on the 1st of August. https://www.911parrotalert.com/lost/3-month-old-female-baby-eclectus-parrot-missing-in-milpitas-california/ She was found at a Water Pollution Facility 7 miles away! It’s just, when I contact the woman who found her, she says her boyfriends’ friend’s friend now has her. They have NO information on his number or name. All I know is on the day they found my baby eclectus, they brought her to a vet in a particular city in California. I’ve emailed every vet I could find because they are all closed on Sundays.

Do you think the vet could tell me the identity of this person who unknowingly has my baby parrot? Or does this need to be dealt by a police report? I’m in California btw. Thank you for reading I still have hope to finally be reunited with my Baby Bub 🙁
