My parakeet’s name is Ara, he is an intelligent, tame, personable, and very friendly. He can be extremely noisy if not given any attention, he’s got a distinctive loud, shrill call, He flew out on 08/27/2013 at around 7:00 pm in Between Morton st NW and Lamont St NW off Georgia Ave NW
