My friends baby cockatiel escaped outside this morning (3/9) around 8:50 am in the Main Street area of Eau Claire. His name is Carl. She lost sight if him as he flew off towards downtown. If anyone gets sight of this little boy please contact asap or try to capture him and contact. We are so scared for him. He comes to his name being called. His favorite food are sunflower seeds. He has a blue and silver band on his foot.
