Young parakeet, blue and white, purple nose/cere, flew out the door on May 19th in Sterling Heights/98664 area in Vancouver, WA. About a year old, somewhat tame, would rather perch on a shoulder than a finger. Answers to Bella. Any info would be helpful. Thank you!
