UPDATE: via text from owner: I found my bird! Somebody took him in and spoiled him on the very day he flew away. I found him via fliers!
If you find him he might be lured to with a banana, apple, walnut or whole grain anything, but particularly bread. He is mostly green with a maroon tail, gray head and blue flight feathers. He also has some maroon on his stomach.
