Stubby is an 18-20 month old grey colored / pearl white faced Cockatiel with a splayed / deformed leg.
Flew away on October 26, 2019 around 2:00 PM from our home in Orange CA. The cross streets of our location are Collins Ave and Wanda Rd. There is no leg band. Stubby does not walk well due to the splayed leg, but flies well. Loves to have the back of his neck rubbed. Very friendly and trusting.
