Shiro is a skittish cockatiel but very friendly. He is smaller than an average cockatiel, believed to be a runt. His grey band is on his left foot and has a small bald spot on top of his head. Please contact (859) 743-6495, he was last seen at Riehl Drive, Dixie Apartments. He knows how to whistle “You’re a pretty bird.”
