Quetsel is a pied cockatiel, he is a male, he is stubborn but is kind if he is hungry. This bird means so much to me and he is around 2 years of age. If anyone spots him, he loves towels (red or brown towels) he likes floppy hats and he loves the sound of bags, chip bags, bird food bags, etc. He has a band on his leg with my phone number, (the band is orange-gold in color with a metal texture)
