Sam is a 13 yo rescue who was cage bound for a few years and became a plucker. We adopted him in January 2019. Sam has poor vision and arthritis due to lack of suitable perches in his cage/changed environment and poor diet in his past. Sam is fully flighted, is missing all of the feathers on his body from the wings to his feet, HAS tail feathers and all flight feathers. Sam can say “hello” but most of his other talk is not able to be understood by us. Last seen at Boca Ciega Point on Duhme Rd in Pinellas County, FL.
