Hi, my male Indian Ringneck parrot, BLU, got out of my house and flew away.. I live in the ROSELAND area of Santa Rosa he is 5 years old and is a light vibrant blue color with a bright orange beak and a black ring around his neck and a long tail, he also has been plucking his tummy feathers (seen in last picture) so he can be easily distinguishable, he looks a little scruffy from the plucking and he is flighted, not sure if he will say any of the phrases he knows but he knows how to say “step up, come here, give me a kiss, he makes a kissy noise, also says that’s a good boy”
