He’s a fancy parakeet, he has a light blue underbelly while everything else is white with black marks on his wings.
Has a distinctive cut on his head from an extreme molt, it may go away within the next 2-3 days because new feathers were already growing back out.
He answers to “come here levi” but in a somewhat high pitched tone as if you were talking to a baby or even a dog. He won’t come right away, you have to say it a few times.
He has a leg band on his left leg, it’s silver with the letters BBFC ending with two letters after (BBFC XX) owner will provide last numbers on the leg band
