REUNITED!!!
STORY::: about 6:30p Karen got a call from a neighbor 6 houses up.. they were hearing odd sounds from their tree and knew this was not an ordinary sound. Then they saw a bright red tail. They suddenly realized this was the bird Karen had posted on a local Napa site about Peachiepoo being lost. They called Karen right away. Karen and Dave raced over there and spent 1/2 hour coaxing Peachiepoo down from the tree with a bright yellow crinkly bag of Fritos (they did not give her any). She climbed down from her spot in the tree and stepped up for Dave.
Female, Congo African Grey, answers to the name Peachiepoo. Approximately 4/5 years old. Likes to sing, say hello. Likes whistles. She likes it when you sing the song The Bird is the Word. Hasn’t been around a lot of people and a little shy. Came from the Feather Farm in Napa. Not sure what else to say right now because I am so devasted at her being gone. She likes Nacho Dorritos and cashew nuts. Very smart girl.
