My family lost my bird today on July 7, 2022. We are hoping he doesn’t get too far. My family is currently doing everything we can locally (playing his sounds very loud on speaker on the roof, leaving his cage out with food, water, millet seeds, calling and searching, etc). He was last seen on Crenshaw Blvd in Los Angeles, California. We’re about ten miles from Venice and Santa Monica Beach. We are afraid he will get chased by crows or get hurt by other bigger birds around the area.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE any kind of information about his sighting would help. He’s a sucker for millet seed and rice, so if you see him somewhere low please try to take him home. He’s good at step-up, but may be skittish. He knows his name and may respond to “Pochi, up up!”
