Luci is a year old turquoise opaline Quaker parrot. She is hand tamed and friendly. She can say “pickles” “bacon” “cmon” and will bob her head if you say pickles repeatedly. She flew out at the intersection of MLK & 116th Ave N in St. Petersburg, FL. She is very food motivated and loves wrappers.
