My name is Lori and I reported a missing Lutino Cockatiel, named Puck, from Berkley, MA on Tuesday, May 29. I have some great news! Puck has come home! He was dropped at a shelter 2 towns over after crashing into somebody’s window and stunning himself. The shelter he was then transferred to took excellent care of him and, although he is a bit underweight, our vet has given him a clean bill of health. He is currently sleeping peacefully in his cage and his family couldn’t be happier! Thank you for creating a site that gives people hope. We will be forever grateful to the people who turned him in and to the guardian angels that cared for him.
I wanted to share the news with the people that may have seen my earlier posting but couldn’t figure out where to report our bird reunion. Sorry if this has been sent to the wrong person/people.

Puck is 1yr 3 month old Lutino cockatiel. He is hand-tamed (but may be skittish), is able to wolf-whistle, knows the “Up!” command, and seems to gravitate to men. He enjoys eating veggies – especially broccoli and celery, cooked pasta, Cheerios, hard-boiled eggs, and he LOVES air popped popcorn. Straws, whether cut up or left whole, and Q-Tips are a couple of his favorite foot/beak toys. We miss him very much and are praying for his safe return. Thank you.
