Pelly is hand raised, 2 years old, and her wings aren’t clipped. She responds to pretty bird, wolf whistles, the Addams Family theme, and September by Earth Wind and Fire. She does not bite and this is her first time outside. She will mimic peekaboo and pretty pretty bird.
