His name is Licorice he is a Black Capped Conure he DOES have a band on his leg he makes a very high pitched screech he got out near my building at 145 west river drive Manchester, N.H somewhere in the park right next door to my building near the swing set. Hes very shy and skiddish but very friendly and sweet and i just want him back
