Bertie is a one year-old grey cockatiel who escaped on July 29, 2023 in downtown Raleigh in the vicinity of William Peace University. He’s hand-tame and friendly, but shy. (When approaching humans he prefers to land on top of your head.) He may be in the Oakwood, Mordecai, or Five Points neighborhoods, but these are only guesses.
