He’s a blue Indian Ringneck that flew out of the apartment while my mom was taking out the trash around midnight. He already has his black and white ring around his neck. He has recently molted, so he still has an empty patch of no feathers at the back of his head and he still has some small pin feathers on his wings. He is not chipped nor does he have a band on his leg. He is timid and friendly to be able to react to his name and converse his common phrases but, he doesn’t easily fly to strangers. His common phrases are “hello”, “Bip”, “Kisses (and kissing noises)”, “hah”, and “gimme kisth”.
