Foolie is very sweet and he likes to sit on shoulders. we aren’t sure if he is a boy for sure because we never had his gender checked. He likes to whistle the Andy griffin song and kissing noises.his wings are clipped but he is very light so he can fly but has trouble getting off the ground.
