Very friendly bird, can fly pretty well, will let you pick him up if he feels safe (which might be doubtful since he is lost). He is completely white, though there is a very light baby blue tint/iridescence under his outer feathers. He doesn’t talk, but he is extremely tame and will not bite unless he feels extremely threatened. Talking to him will result in him clicking and lightly chirping back. He has slightly darker patches right behind his eyes, and since he is albino, his eyes are a little red in color.
