Sweet young parakeet. Inexperienced flyer. We had an eye on him in our backyard tree for most of the day she escaped. But, then something spooked her and she flew away. We aren’t sure where Percy is now. Purple leg band. Fully black eyes. Receding black stripes on head. Responds to call-and-respond whistling.
