A blue bodied parakeet with black/white striped wings and head. The cere (piece of flesh above beak) is slightly blue. Has a red leg band with the partial number being “0K..241…”.
The picture I have attached is when the bird was 2 months old. However, he is now 1.5 years old and looks slightly different (for example, its wings are no longer clipped).
