Mikey is a 16 year old Quaker Parrot. He is green with a grayish chest. He flew out of his cage while I went to feed him. He was lst in the vicinity of Greenbriar and Doucet Road in Lafayette, La. on 9/4/13. He is afraid of bad weather.
