Female cockatiel with some mutation where she has different types of tail feather patterns such as stripes, spots, zig-zag patterns. Beautiful bird. I’ve had Angel for almost 3 years now. She does have a male mate named Baby and Angel did have an egg that hatched. Angel is not microchipped or banded. I was going to do that but finances with COVID-19 are making things hard for everyone. What had happened was that the dryer delivery guys came and we told them to hold on because we had to put all 3 of my birds away first, but instead they barged in and left the front door open and Angel flew out. I do not know which direction she went in because I was trying to chase after her and tripped on something so I did not see if she went right or left when she went out the door. I searched everywhere for 6 hours until the moon came up and it was too dark to find anything. I even brought her mate out with me in a travel caged and he even called for her but we got nothing. I do not know what to do. Please help.
Angel is healthy, friendly, and will let you pick her up easily. I just cannot find her and I searched on foot for hours and in the car in the surrounding area. I looked at every darn tree and called out to her so much that I can no longer whistle or talk. I am very upset. Please help me find Angel. If not, I hope someone took her in and is taking care of her. I don’t want her to die outside where she is not equipped to be a wild bird.
