Our pet cockatiel “Tweetie” flew out the garage door tonight. We’ve had him for several years and my mom is very upset. Attached is a picture of what he looks like (This is not him but a pic I found on the net, it is not exact but this is the coloring he has). He has a bald spot on the back of his head. He whistles and has a distinct tweet. He does not like anyone but my mom and probably won’t come to you but any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. We lost him from our home off of Minnieville Rd and Spriggs Rd in Dale City, VA. 571-242-2066
