Hi Donna, Thanks to your encouragement i searched all day for Nimbu and put I posters, going door to door, meeting bird lovers, and finally after seeing him yesterday evening, way up in some tree, hearing him again twice today, and walking again through the neighborhood this evening….. He was spotted by a guy a few streets away, came as soon as bread was presented, drank like a camel, and was returned, happy to be home, feeling manly about the whole thing, but definitely appreciative of the safe corner of his cage. I probably would not have been so tireless without the belief that this could actually happen! So thank you. Now, what do I need to do to change the entry on the website to FOUND! Eden
He is a year old and just finished molting. He is still growing in a ring around his neck so not evident. He has red patches on his shoulders (wings) and long blue tail feathers. He loves nuts, playing peekaboo, saying good boy, and makes a sound like the microwave beep, very shrill, when bored. He also thinks he can bark. He is sweet, and understands step up, give me a kiss, etc.
