Queenie is white with bright yellow under her wings — her crown is white — some of her neck feathers are very pink at the root — she is about 12 months old — very friendly — her eyes are ringed with baby blue and her beak is translucent with a bluish tint. She is very friendly and loves being petted and cuddled — especially likes being held. She answers to her name, Queenie. She is very independent. She just took off from my shoulder when I was bringing her back into the house from her large outside aviary. Although her wings had been clipped, a couple of flight feathers must have grown back, unnoticed, and she had the lift to take off to the large trees at the back of the yard. I called and called; she answered, but has not returned.
She is about 14″ long and about 5″ wide at her shoulders.
