Ares is a male blue-headed Pionus and was 1 year in age when he went missing. This year he would be 6. Like all blue-headed Pionus he is about 8 inches tall, emerald green with a vivid sapphire blue head, dark brown eyes and black cheek spots, with red spots on his upper mandible. He has a short square tail with red ventral feathers. On his throat and the back of his neck he has little red spots. On his right leg he wears a blue aluminum ID band. He is very noisy for a Pionus and liked to yell “Wow!” a lot. He would also noisily kiss his reflection in the mirror and was very excited to take showers. He was most vocal in the shower and would sing and holler as loud as he could. His favorite treat was dry roasted peanuts still in the shell (unsalted).

Please help me find my boy. I miss him.
