Missing African Gray in Parkhouse Milton area.
Parkhouse Milton area., Glasgow
Missing since the 3/03/11, flew away out of our garden in upper Parkhouse at
appropriately 16.00 hours & on towards the nearby fields in Chirnside Sports
Centre, but could be anywhere within two miles either way, answers to the name
APOLLO or POLLO or PECKER, If he has landed in your dookit, garden, bird feeder
or tree or bush or if you see any similar coloured bird, he is about the size of
a big male pigeon or a small wood pigeon & he is Gray in colour with a pinky/red
tail, and even thought the photo`s are not him, he looks the same.
He is pretty friendly & will come up on you if found if a little weary, he
whistles the theme to “Close encounters of the third kind” & whistles that quite
loudly if you can steer his human pets (anyone of us) we will be eternally
grateful.
So we are tending a reward (no questions asked) for sightings or capture of him,
so tell your kids & neighbours to be on the look out for this unusual bird, as
his human kid pets miss him already.
