My mother lost her beloved blue Quaker parrot this morning. The bird’s name is Luna and she is female, and is likely very scared and timid. The bird has never been outside before. This isn’t just a pet to my mom, she is her companion animal. This bird means the world to my mom and we would be forever grateful for your help. Blue Quaker Parrot – female. Small ~6 inches tall. Luna has cute little distinctive white cheek feathers.
