Bald spot under crest, may have a ratty tail, yellow/white with bright orange cheeks. She is very quiet for a cockatiel and is very sweet, shy, and cuddly. She DOES NOT BITE, she pecks very gently. Crest is rarely down, almost always in a neutral/content position. PLEASE help if you know anything that may lead to me finding her…
