Toby is an african grey parrot approx 10 inches from head to tail, he is dark grey with lighter grey on his chest and has red tail feathers. He flew from our house at approx 3:20pm on 3/28/2012 in the Roxborough area of Philadelphia. He speaks very clearly and has a large vocabulary of works. niki0872-at-yahoo.com
