Last seen on the intersection of Livingston and 27th Street in the West End area of Allentown, at around 3:30pm 2/17/23. Pepe responds to his own name, the sound of other cockatiels, and to the whistle version of the “My Neighbor Totoro” theme song. He is very vocal and is even able to say his own name! He can be quite timid and skittish around strangers though. We miss him very much, but we’re hopeful that he’s still alive and nearby even with the cold weather!
