A parrot escaped its home in the 1400 block of Southwest Frazer Avenue, the bird’s owner reported. She said the bird is mostly green with a gray head and orange belly down to the tail. The parrot’s name is Babe, and it says “Pretty Babe” and “Frankie” a lot. The bird stands about 8 inches tall, has a missing toe and can say “Frankie, Babe.” The parrot also growls, laughs and makes kissing and belching noises.
