White with yellow male cockateil. Unbeknown to me followed me outside as I was taking out the trash. Just as I was about to lower the lid I saw him trying to land on my shoulder and the lid frightened him and he flew off. It was a day where the temperature dropped very low, blistering winds and then snow storm. I spent hours calling him and looking for him and have every day since he escaped. He says Puppy all of the time but is leary of strangers and was a one person bird.
