Lost Cockatiel (Ithaca, Lansing, Town of Lansing, Cornel), While away on a trip the person caring for my cockatiel walked outside forgetting the bird was on her shoulder. Being a light bird it got picked up by the wind and landed on a tree.
The cockatiel is a bright yellow bird, responds to the name Isis and whistling. Very friendly and loves to land on people’s shoulders. May bite if it believes your trying to pet it, but has been checked for all diseases and does not bite hard. Recognizes food on plates as a treat and may fly down just to investigate plate. Loves millet.
