Only 1 year old, starting to talk with simple words or sounds like ‘hello’ or ‘uh-oh’, and also makes kissing sounds. His wings are cut but beginning to grow out again. He hasn’t been trained to fly properly but is most likely traveling that way.. He can be aggressive towards strangers and other birds that may seem like a threat. He is not a small bird but pretty big for his age, like the height of an Arizona can.
