He is a small green parrot with yellow tipped wings. Very friendly and loves people. If you should see him, clap your hands and call him. Say” CeeCee is a good boy”. He will fly and land on your shoulder or your head. He doesn’t bite. Please help me bring him home. I miss him so much. He’s only about 5 or 6 inches long and has a short tail. He’s only 2 years old and has been hand raised. Absolutley loves to be around people and has to be physically taken off you to be put to bed or back in his cage.
