“Thanks so much for your kind concern. After non-stop searches since Sat. noon, hanging flyers everywhere we could, Craig’s List, etc., we have found our beloved bird. We put out an amber alert at lostmydoggie.comthat called 250 residences in the area and we received an immediate call from someone about a half mile away, as the crow flies (excuse the pun). We went out before dark and before light every day, talked to him until we were hoarse, but he wouldn’t come to us until this morning. We so appreciate you and all the other wonderful people that helped us. What a relief!! Thanks again and God bless you!”

$100 reward for info leading to the return of Cody, an African Grey Parrot. Last seen at 341 Ball Farm Rd., Newport on May 11, 2012. Cody is grey with a bright red tail and is about the size of a crow. He cannot survive in the wild. He talks and whistles; he will respond to “Cody” or “Cody Bird”; he will be hungry and will probably allow you to pick him up. He will probably respond to a whistle by whistling back.
