PLEASE HELP! Yesterday morning (10AM) as building maintenance came over for a repair, he swatted and scared away my beloved lovebird. This adorable peach face lovebird was last seen on Dovedale way in Germantown. Her name is PiPi, she is a very loving, energetic, and playful bird.
