Our beloved pair of 2 year old cockatiels escaped Friday, July 22, at about 5:15 pm. They respond to “I love You, here kitty, kitty, kitty., and pretty,pretty, pretty bird. They whistle and will fly to you if you whistle the Andy Griffith show theme song ( which is whistled). They are very friendly and love to hang out on our shoulders so we are hoping they will tire out and seek human attention. We have had them since they were a few months old. They are brothers and I am not sure if they have stayed together in the wild or not. They are gray with pure white on the edges of their wings, pale yellow heads with orange cheek circles. Their wings are not clipped so if you can catch them, please keep them in a cage and call us. We love them dearly and would do anthing to get them home safe. They don’t respond to their names but will always fly over if you repeat the phrases they know listed above. Please call…we are devastated and life just isn’t the same without them.
