Baby C flew out of a window into the parking lot of 1909 Salton in Forest Village apartment complex. Her wings have not been clipped in a while hence why she was able to fly. She is an Indian ring neck. she doesnt come to her name, Baby C but has a unique call. If found please contact Scott at 778-865-6079.
