parakeet is blue with a white face, her name is belle. she will step up on your finger if you put it below her chest and is pretty tame. she managed to get out a window screen my two year old apparently broke. my daughter is devastated. she is most likely in the neighborhood around Clancy’s car wash on Tillitson. i know its a long shot for someone to find a lost bird, but if anyone sees or manages to capture her please call 765-8896-9848. thank you!
