He is blue with black ring around neck and red beak. He is a feather plucker, childhood trauma. He talks some and WILL respond to his name. He was cruelly thrown out by an evil man near Paula Dr in Kaimuki. Please help me find him. THERE IS A CASH REWARD!!!!!!
