Lost ring necked parakeet on 03-28-2011, approx 5-6 yrs old, 15 ” from head to tail, green body with red beak and red & black ring around neck. has some blue tail feathers. Does have flight feathers. Bird has never been outdoors before. Does speak, says pretty bird, kitty kitty, come here, are you a pretty bird, whistles.Flew out of opened door, then was startled by landscapers, flew towards Brian Dairy. Owner heartsick.
