Hedwig is an all yellow cockatiel with red cheeks. He is used to flying, having lived in a lania-aviary.He likes to land on people’s heads. He likes rice, apple, banana, chips. Hedwig knows and uses several songs: The Peanuts theme-song, the 5th Overture, Yankee Doodle. He has a loud piercing chirp repeated over and over he likes to use, mimicking an osprey in our area. He says and responds to: “Pretty Bird”, “What Are You Doing, Just Being a Bird”, “What’s it all about, Hedwig.” We are very sad and miss him dearly. He escaped right out our front door when our son did not realize he was on his head and walked outside!$200 rewardÂ
