Luna is a female (DNA test) Blue Headed Pionus. She escaped from our house in the Aviara HOA complex In Boca Raton FL 33428 (area code) on Wednesday June 5 2013. She is approximately the size of a pigeon and her colors are clear in the attached picture. She doesn’t say any words as most Pionus but she is the sweetest thing… Has never bitten anyone and loves when you scratch her head.
She has a numbered band on the left foot and a chipped off claw on one front finger of that same foot. She makes a characteristic call when she wants attention or when you are leaving the house (trying to get you to stay).
We miss Luna very much. She is part of our family and brings happiness to our home. We would greatly appreciate any info on her and we offer an excellent Reward.
