Hello my name is Jeffrey,
I have lost my precious pet cockatiel while i was going through a stroll in white oaks park, She has a bit of feathers missing from the top of her head; she is yellow headed with red cheeks and a somewhat crown similar to a cockatoo. she does have her wings clipped which is why I am skeptical she got too far but if you have managed to locate or have found this bird please contact me @: 519-649-1723Sincerely,
