Lost my green quaker parrort in the Clark/Henderson area. Was last seen near E.J.Sands Public school. His name is Spencer and is friendly. He does talk and loves to say “Spencer, Hello, Goodboy, I know I know I know, Cupie, What!”. We miss him dearly and are willing to pay a cash reward for his safe return home.
